Time has come to offer a better future to all schoolchildren in need through employment of tutors via federal funds to help bright high school and college students throughout America.

Tenure that guarantees lifetime jobs for teacher also needs to be altered. Upgrading teacher training, evaluations and rewarding teachers financially to make teaching a true profession are essential.

Creating a tutoring system will help teachers guide students in their learning process through high school levels on their way meeting our advanced educational needs throughout the 21st century.
